Hi Sergey! Thank you for posting this app request!
Can you elaborate a little more about the kind of apps you want to integrate formassembly with? Best if you can let us know what kinds of triggers and actions you would like to see too! :D
Hi Alan,
It should be similar to Wufoo functionality - trigger "New entry"
I would try to integrate it with Xero and Eventbrite (as a start) which currently is not possible with native formassembly functionality.
Thank you Sergey. We will look into this.
Do get anyone you know who will benefit from the connector to up-vote this topic too! :D
I use Form Assembly also. Great program-pulls info from Salesforce and pre-populates the form and then makes any changes the user does and updates the Salesforce record. Also use on-line for for event registrations. Currently, it is a manual process to take the "sign-up" responses from Form Assembly and then create an opportunity in Salesforce. Workato recipe then creates an invoice from the opportunity in Salesforce and gives the invoice # and Xero invoice URL data back into Salesforce so that we can manually click on the URL field in the Salesforce opportunity to see the invoice directly in Salesforce. Would be nice to automate that whole process from Form Assembly all the way through. An even greater benefit would be to additionally show that when the customer pays the invoice via a credit card (authorize.net) transaction # that Form Assembly tracks in its reports, to then show the invoice paid and records the occurence in Salesforce. That would cover the whole transaction from A to Z. Maybe just wishful thinking at this point. Form Assembly, Salesforce, Xero and your merchant account processing for credit cards all make up a "complete system".
Send us a ticket, we will try our best to assist you with your problem
