[Mailchimp] "Add subscriber" action does not show custom fields.

Posting on Behalf of Par who would like to map metadata/fields from Charify into Custom Fields created in MailChimp list. Custom fields include Customer Phone #, Company name etc.

Currently the input fields are missing in MailChimp Add Subscriber Action.

We need access to mailchimp custom fields to update salesforce (salutation). Any news here?

Hi ASA, you should be able to see custom fields of mail chimp subscribers under "Merge fields" in your job report. While some custom fields may not be accessible as data pills, you can use Workato formula mode to retrieve the data values.

For example, if I want to access the value of custom field MMERGE3, I can use formula mode as seen in screenshot below. This would return me the data value for the field i.e. "Test".

Merges is the data pill containing the custom field values. MMERGE3 is the API name of the custom data field of interest.

If you wish to Add subscriber in MailChimp using Workato, you should be able to select the custom fields directly for your input.
