Freshdesk search user trigger bug

User mentioned that there is a critical bug that breaks the action "search user" in Freshdesk. When searching for a user, the action returns the first 50 contacts (in alphabetical order) and not the specified searched record. This makes the action unusable. This made John's recipe unusable.
