Adding to these:
1) Freshdek Search ticket Require only Company name or Company ID(toggle), and not all three.
2) Search ticket in Freshdesk currently returns Search Contacts' results. The output fields are that of a contact and not of a ticket.
3) Access custom fields for Freshdesk when search for tickets.
4) Ability to populate custom fields of a ticket in Freshdesk.
