Hi Terry,
If you would like to use a custom invoice number, you would need to enable this feature in your Quickbooks settings first.
Once it is enabled, you should see the invoice number input field in your recipe.

We
are trying to figure out a Workato/QB/Invoice issue. The problem is
The invoice is being created in QB, but it is not generating an invoice
number (that we are allowed to see) in the Invoice number field. It is
however, ‘using’ the next invoice number in sequence. We just can’t see
the field being populated. The recipe is currently turned off. Can
someone assist me?
