[New Application] Pipedrive

Mentioned paired connectors: MailChimp, Pipedrive. Hi Bee, could you share some of the example use cases that you'd like to see between MailChimp and Pipedrive? It will be extremely helpful to the engineering team if you can be as detail as possible regarding the triggers and actions you'd love to see for the Pipedrive connector.

I can already sync my contacts between Pipedrive and Mailchimp, however it would be really useful to be able to do the following:

Trigger: Mailchimp Campaign sent

Action: Pipedrive note created on contacts who have been sent the campaign

Trigger: Mailchimp Campaign opened

Action: Pipedrive note created when a contact opens the campaign

It is also useful if a note can be put on a contact in pipedrive if they unsubscribe from our Mailchimp list.

So the required triggers and actions from Pipedrive would be:

Actions:

Search Contacts

Create Contact (if it presents in MailChimp and not Pipedrive)

Update Contact

Post Note based on Contact ID.

and the triggers for MailChimp are already available, so that should't be a problem.

Would you need access to any custom fields to be populated or for retrieval?

Great news! The beta adaptor for Pipedrive is up and running for Workato integration. More actions and triggers are also in the pipeline :)
