This is a common problem that we had with many of our customers that are using Windows 7, 8.1/8, or 10. The shortcut keys that are available can be viewed by Shift + ?
Note that moving a line of a step up and down is ctrl + alt + up and down keys. Indentation is done using these keys. However, because Windows uses the same shortcut keys for rotating your screen, you will need to change the setting of the shortcut on your PC to be able to use these shortcuts on Workato. This can be inconvenient, but changing it to keys combination that is more uncommon will help you in more than one way in the future.
As usual, if you have any questions, simply post a new topic and Workato Experts will help you out as soon as possible!
Cheers.

How do I indent without rotating my own screen?
A lot of the time, when I try to indent an action in my recipe, I end up rotating my screen instead. Is there a solution to this issue?
