If you already have an integration scenario in mind, and would like to know if you would be able to make it happen with Workato, these are a few things you can do:

- Check if your applications adaptors are available in Workato: Go to https://www.workato.com/integrations and search for your applications.

- Your applications are not there? We're so sorry but there is a chance that they are under development, so do post a request for it here, in the Ideas thread of the Success Community. By doing so, you can receive updates from us. Remember to mention your scenarios in your posts, too!

- You applications are there? Great! You are one step closer to getting your work automated. The next step is to look for the necessary triggers and actions:

A trigger describes when to start a recipe. For example: if you set your trigger to be ‘Account updated in Salesforce', your Workato recipe will start running through the specified actions when an account is updated in Salesforce.

Actions describe the work your recipe performs when a start is triggered.

Click on your applications to discover the triggers and actions currently supported, and check if they are the ones that you are looking for. If you are interested in 2 particular applications and would like to see the available pre-built integration on our Community, simply input the following link into your address bar: www.workato.com/integrations/<Application 1>+<Application 2>

If you still need help figuring this process out, do leave a post here in the Applications Forum. We have many active community users and Workato Experts who won’t hesitate to answer your questions.
