Eventbrite | Extra label / tag by registration attendee

I was wondering if it possible to give my (current) contacts an label / tag or something, after they have signed up through Eventbrite. In order to make a new list in Salesforce with all the people who have attended a certain event.

So I would like to know of all my contacts / leads on which events they have participated. This should be in my Salesforce CRM. Moreover, as a current contact (from my CRM system) register via Eventbrite, then the profile should be completed / filled with this information.

For example (see red text):

Curren profile

First name: Andy

Last Name: Berendsen

Function: Marketeer

Account: Techonomy

>>>> Action: registers for some events <<<<

New profile

First name: Andy

Last Name: Berendsen

Function: Marketeer

Account: Techonomy

Attended events: event 1, event 3, event 9

Look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. It has some urgency.

Many thanks.

Hello Petri! I'm Phuong from Workato's Customer Success Team.

Thanks for posting and describing to us your scenario.

The integration you will need for the mentioned scenario is definitely possible. You can use the 'Campaign' object in Salesforce to store your Eventbrite events, and add registered Contacts to these Campaigns as Campaign Members. Then, your objectives will be achieved:

- You will be able to view all Contacts that registered for your Events in Eventbrite under the matching Campaigns in Salesforce.

- You will be able to view, for a particular Contact, the Campaigns (events) that he or she has signed up for.

I believe this recipe will be useful to you: https://www.workato.com/recipes/11305

If you have time and need more detailed information, please schedule a demo with us here: https://calendly.com/workato/demo/. We can run through how Workato can work in your case as well as your options in using Workato.
