Would love to see new triggers or actions that would allow for cases to be created and updated within Netsuite.

The use case I'm looking for is automatic update of Cases in NetSuite when tickets are updated in FreshDesk.

Hi Stanos,


Apologies for not getting back to you on this sooner. Were you referring to the standard object "Support Cases" in Netsuite? If so, this is something we already support. We also support creating and updating custom objects in Netsuite in case you needed it. Do try it out and let us know if you need anything else!
