Hi Beth,
Apologies for not getting back to you on this sooner. We don't have configurable polling frequency per se, but we do have a Scheduler trigger that will allow more flexibility in when your recipe runs. Configurable Polling Frequency
As a Workato admin, I need to be able to configure the polling frequency for each recipe so I can control API calls.
