Pipedrive and Zendesk integration

I would like to create in Pipedrive from a trigger/User in Zendesk:

1) Organization

2) connected User

3) Connected Deal

4) Details as a note

I would also like:

When a ticket in Zendesk is created on user/org. create a note in zendesk

When a note in Pipedrive is created on a deal/user - create a ticket on the user in Zendesk

That would make my life a dream
