Hi Guillaume Couillard, thanks for creating the topic. Seems to me that you are making a request for a new application to be supported on Workato, so I have reallocated the topic. Just to clarify, you are requesting for podio.com with the following actions:
- Create Workspace
- Create Project
- Create Milestone
Here's the goal:
Trigger form Infusion (Tag applied or specific product purchased) wich create in podio
1-Infusionsoft purchase or tag applied to the contact;
2-Workato find my Podio
A-Organisation and then;
B-Workspace and then;
C-My Podio "App" Let's say a project app in Podio's terms and then;
D- Workato does create a Podio "Item" (client Project template)
The main one is to be able to trigger an “Item” creation from an Infusion trigger

Sorry I dropped the ball on about the triggers that can be picked up from podio.com
If it's not too late, Here,s my answer to that one;
But first: I forgot one very important PODIO Action if it can be added
Create a Podio task action
the triggers could me:
A Podio task got completed
A Podio item stage status got moved to an other stage (since you can create all kinds of stages for item that should cover lots of scenarios

Hi Guillaume. Thanks for sharing this with us.
I have raised the request for the Create Task action and the Updated (Completed) Task trigger.
For the case of using a change in item status as a trigger, we currently have the New/Updated Item trigger which should cover it. Have you tried using this trigger? Please let me know if it works for you :)

Yes I've played with it a little; So the New-Updated Item trigger will be great for Project starting trigger processes but for the progression and completion of a project and the ability to trigger off other action based on a stage being completed would also be useful or it could also be the end date of an item trigger thx

Podio . com integration request with Workato
I would love for you guys to integrate to podio.com
just on top of my head but their's so much more that could be done
I would trigger Podio Workspaces-Projects-Milestones- to be created automatically as soon as someone buy a package in my Infusionsoft app
I would also trigger client email notification thru my Gapps account
