Use Case in these scenarios is based on the following flows (ideally) :

SF Opportunity creates MYOB Sales Order/Invoice

MYOB Item creates/updates SF Product

SF Account/Contact creates MYOB Card or equivalent

MYOB Invoice payment updates SF

Hi Deborah, thanks for creating the topic and sharing with us your scenarios. From your use case, I have identified these trigger events and actions for MYOB:

Trigger Events:

MYOB Item created/updated
MYOB New invoice payment

Actions:

Create sales order
Create invoice
Create card (or equivalent)

Am I missing anything out?

Thanks for the prompt response. The trigger events and actions you list are correct. I'll see what I can do to get more people interested. FYI MYOB were historically the largest on-premise SME accounting package in Australia and parts of Asia. SaaS wise they were preceded into the market by Xero and Saasu and Reckon Online (local Quickbooks) - they now have the AccountRight Live SaaS offering and we are looking for a connection for this for one of our customers.
