Password Updates and Mass Recipe Start/Stop

I guess this is really two requests.

1) All of the apps we use make us change passwords often (90 days, etc.). Would like a way to be able to update our connections without having to stop all of our recipes and restart them all just to change password.

2) Mass stop and start of recipes to help with the issues in #1.
