Hi Carlos. Thanks for making this post. I will raise this up with my team and get back to you as soon as I get any news :)
Hi Carlos :)
Currently, we have the Update Issue action that will allow you to update any field in a JIRA issue. In order to access the fields in the schema, you need to select the type of the issue you want to update first.
Do give this a try and let me know how it goes.
Send us a ticket, we will try our best to assist you with your problem

Zendesk/JIRA: ability to update *any* field in JIRA (and Zendesk for that matter)
Hi.
I'm trying to set up a recipe between Zendesk and JIRA. Based on specific data in ZD, the recipe should go to a specific JIRA ticket and update a specific field. The problem is that there is currently no action that can be done in JIRA to update fields other than comments.
So I think it would be a brilliant improvement to allow people to update any field in JIRA (not just comments) based on a Zendesk event.
That would allow, for instance, among lots of other uses, to link a Zendesk ticket to a preexistent JIRA ticket (by simply updating a “ZD ticket ID” field in the JIRA ticket). At the moment I can create a JIRA ticket from Zendesk (and have them keep the other application’s ticket ID) but I can’t link a Zendesk ticket to a preexistent JIRA ticket because I can’t tell the JIRA ticket what the Zendesk ID is (I can’t update that field…).
My 2 cents.
Thank you.
