Hi bharrison. Thanks for creating the request. I will raise this issue up with my team and update you once I get any news.
Hi there. You can access the 'Job created at' pill for a timestamp for the Workato job. Also, you can access the Job ID.
Let me know if this works for you. Thanks!I don't believe this will work. As an example, when I push Timecards from QuickBase to QuickBooks, I need to be able to have another action that accesses the Timecard record in QuickBase and updates it with the response provided by QuickBooks, not just the timestamp. I need to be able to determine if posting the Timecard to QuickBooks was successful or if there was an error. AND, if there was an error, what was the text of the error so that the user can identify the issue and resolve it on their own without having someone (Me) dig into the logs in Workato every time there is an error.
I've attached a copy of the XML file that I pulled from AppConnect so that you can see the actions I described above.
Send us a ticket, we will try our best to assist you with your problem

Ability to Capture Responses & Use in Recipe
In my work, I typically need to be able to capture the response from an action and then take steps specific to that response. For example, in connecting a service to QuickBase, I will move records from QuickBase to another service. If the transaction is successful, I need to mark a specific field in QuickBase and add the timestamp to the record. If it is not successful, I need to post the timestamp along with any error message. This helps the end users to troubleshoot their own problems, rather than requiring them to reach out to me to find the error.
