Hello there Carlos. The issue that you are looking at can be solved using an additional recipe action. Using the ID output of the JIRA ticket, we can create an action to search for the JIRA ticket based on the ID, and then access the other fields inside the mentioned JIRA ticket. Hi.
Just a suggestion:
When I create a new JIRA ticket from a Zendesk ticket, I would like to update immediately the Zendesk ticket with the JIRA Priority and Status. But they are not currently outputs of that action. It would be nice to have more outputs from the action than the currently available ones: ID, key, self.
