We have licensed ServiceNow, but it is installed on-premise on our own servers and is accessible only to our licensed users. The URL is not a service-now.com URL. For our purposes, Workbot would need to be able to be configured to work with our instance of ServiceNow and not the SaaS service they provide. Too add some additional complexity, we have our own SSO authentication called AppleConnect that would need to be incorporated into the equation.
At this point, I do not have approval to use Slack for our needs but am evaluating it to see if it could be a solution for us. One of the keys would be our ability to connect with our implementation of ServiceNow. I don't want to go through this exercise if it isn't something that is feasible to do.

Sincerely sorry that we didn't get back to you on this sooner. We currently have the ability to connect with on-premise servers through an on-premise agent. This feature is an add-on available for users on the Professional plan and above. Feel free to reach out if you are interested in trying this feature out!

I would like to see support for a non-SaaS implementation of ServiceNow. The current integration will not work for our implementation.
