Will this work if we use SSO for ServiceNow? I think the answer is no. As a test, I tried to connect to our dev instance ucidev.service-now.com (where I am an admin) yet I keep getting the 401 Unauthorized error. I know my credentials are correct and I am an Admin in the dev instance.
Because my org uses SSO, is that why I can't seem to authenticate? If so, do I have to have a separate, 'local-only' user account to authenticate? Thanks in advance,
Mike

Hi Mike, at this point, we do not support SSO authentication for Servicenow. We will be happy to post updates on this thread when it is supported. Thanks!
