Apologies for not getting back to you sooner. We have a separate action for creating a check in Quickbooks Online. Both this action and the Create Purchase actions now have the Memo field. Do try it out and let us know if you encounter any issues.

Quickbooks Online - Memo field in check
When creating a purchase action in Quickbooks and selecting "check" we need the ability to add a memo in the memo field.
