Salesforce URL not displaying as a clickable link in a Google Calendar Event through a Workato recipe
Our recipe creates Google Calendar Events from Salesforce Cases.
We have the Salesforce Case URL mapped to the Google Event description field. (ie: https://na14.salesforce.com/500d000000yf3vw/) It maps fine, but the URL is not a clickable link. What do I need to do to make sure it is a clickable link?
Hi John, by default Google Calendar's description field do not allow URLs to be clickable. They can definitely copy-paste it into their browser, and it will work as long as the URL is correct.
