[SurveyMonkey] - Will free SurveyMonkey account work with Workato?
Before Survey Monkey released this new version of their API I was able to test and get survey monkey responses through my recipe. Now that they have updated I have had endless problems with trying to get survey monkey and workato to work. I suspect it may have something to do with my free survey monkey account but I'm not entirely sure. I'm trying to sell this workato solution to a client that has survey monkey and I wanted show them proof of concept, but with all these problems I don't think I'll be able to show them anything. Does anybody else have any ideas? Is it because of the free survey monkey account that I am now unable to get anything from Survey Monkey?

Hi Nia,
This issue is due to a change in Survey Monkey's pricing plan. Currently, integrations with Survey Monkey will only work if you are on the Select ANNUAL plan, Gold plan, or Platinum plan.
You can refer to their pricing page and look under the "Partner Integrations & APIs". header The "Extract data" feature, which is required for 3rd party integrations, is only available to the above mentioned plans.

This issue is due to a change in Survey Monkey's pricing plan. Currently, integrations with Survey Monkey will only work if you are on the Select ANNUAL plan, Gold plan, or Platinum plan.
You can refer to their pricing page and look under the "Partner Integrations & APIs". header The "Extract data" feature, which is required for 3rd party integrations, is only available to the above mentioned plans.
