Hi Angelo,
You can do so by following these steps:
1) You need to click on "Create a new recipe"
2) Configure the trigger. Select "Scheduler" as the application, and "New scheduled event" as the trigger. Then set the "Every" field to the time interval that you want for sending out the emails.
3) Next, configure the actions. Select "EMail" as the application, and "Send email" as the action. Then configure the required fields for sending out the email (i.e To, From, Subject, Message)
4) GIve a name and description to your recipe (OPTIONAL), then click on "Finish".
5) Your recipe is now ready to be tested.
6. After testing and making sure that it works, you can click on the drop down arrow beside the "Test recipe" button, and click "Start recipe". Once started, the recipe will send an email once every scheduled interval, depending on what you have selected in the trigger.
