Add "id" to pills for SurveyMonkey

The "Respondent ID" field from SurveyMonkey contains the unique key for the number of the survey response. In Workato the "Respondent ID" field is null, the unique identifier is loaded into the "id" field.

Hi Eric, it looks like this is a bug. A problem when transiting to V3 of SurveyMonkey API. Let me get back to you on this.
