Enable custom fields on Hubspot

When using the "Create/update contact' Hubspot action, I do not see the input fields for the custom fields that I have for my contacts in Hubspot.

I am only seeing the following:

 

Contact email

First name

Last name

Company name

Website URL

Phone

Job title

Address

City

State

Zip code

New email

Lifecycle stage

I am not using the bottom 2 but need to post into the following Hubspot custom fields:

first_touch

message

mobilephone

rf_ghq_emplyeestotal_c2_c

rf_inferredemployees_c

rf_inferredindustry_c
