Is there a way to empty a text field in a Zendesk ticket? I know I can add stuff to it, but I can't empty it so it has no text whatsoever. How do I do it?
Also, if I am updating a Zendesk text field with the content of a JIRA field and the latter is empty, why doesn't the Zendesk field become empty as well? It currently retains whatever content it had before the update.
