I'm receiving an error trying to connect with the Zoho EU Server. Is Workato able to connect to it?
Error message is "Connection failed: {"code"=>"4834", "message"=>"Invalid Ticket Id"}"

Hi Paul,
I believe this has got to do with the authentication token you have entered. Please ensure that the authtoken you were using from the https://accounts.zoho.com by following these steps: Log into https://accounts.zoho.com > Active authtokens.
If the auth token you were using is not there in https://accounts.zoho.com , you will receive code:4834, message: Invalid Ticket Id
Hence, if the auth token is not there, please regenerate the authtoken and try with that generated authtoken which will work fine.

Hi there, I've just had the chance to review this again. Zoho now have two seperate data centres.
One in .com and another in .eu
The systems I'm connecting are for the .eu therefore the account management page resides at the address of https://accounts.zoho.eu.
Can you review your systems and let me know when this will be available as I now have 3 customers I need to user this for.

Unfortunately, Workato does not support zoho.eu with the existing connector. You could try your hand at building a connector using Workato SDK (click here to learn more) or hop over to the Ideas forum to post a request to share your use cases with us!
