Depending on your needs, you can choose either one of the 2 class options in Quickbooks:
1. One to entire transaction
Class ID will appear as an input in your create invoice step. Map a class ID into the field to assign a class to your invoice. This will NOT appear in the add line items to invoice action since you're not assigning a class for every line item, but assigning a class to the entire invoice.
2. One to each row in transaction
When this is selected, the Class ID input will appear under the sales line item detail section. You can then assign a class for each line item in your invoice. This option will also show up when you use the Add line item to invoice action.
