Unable to create Salesforce campaigns even with correct profile permissions
I don't see any of my campaign fields, and running the recipe gives me an error.

1. Check if the user is a designated Marketing User. The Marketing User checkbox in the user's settings must be checked. See Salesforce article on campaign access.
2. Check for CRUD access in the user's profile. Access must be granted to create if your connected user is to create campaigns via recipes.
3. Check if campaign fields are visible to the user. Fields must be visible to the user in order for them to appear in the recipe as input.
