This is because you have ran i.e. tested or started the recipe at least once on a previous trigger configuration. Once you have made your recipe active by running it on a particular trigger configuration, you must remember to make a new copy of the recipe before you introduce any changes to your trigger configuration.
Hence, to fix such problems, simply copy your recipe and make changes to the trigger in the new recipe as desired.

I am using Scheduler to set up the recipe to trigger at specific times. However, instead of triggering at the time I specified, it is triggering at a different time!
