Github Real Time trigger: No automatic OAuth refresh available, needs user re-authorization
Hi,
I am just starting out with Workato to see if it will meet me nee. I am trying to create a recipe linking Github and Zendesk, but when I go to start the recipe I get the following errors:
No automatic OAuth refresh available, needs user re-authorization
I have disconnected and reconnect both connections and although they say they are connected, I still see this error.
While the error messages are the same as the forum topic you link, I suspect the reason is for the issue you are facing is different.
For the Github account you have used for the connection to Workato, do you have "Owner" or "Admin" permissions in the organization you selected in teh trigger?
You need to have at least Admin access to be able to access new/updated issues in real time

I did nto a similar issue here (https://support.workato.com/support/discussions/topics/1000084066), however this is for Gmail, but I suspect something similar is required?
Cheers.
