Hi Jeremy,
The status page updates for any issues on both the website and the platform.
The status page isn't working as the site is having problems but this isn't shown on the status page.
Why isn't the status page being used? Why do you guys have a status page if you aren't going to use it?

Create a Trust or Status page
Please create a status or trust page to show application performance or downtime.
Like Trust.Salesforce.com
When an issue comes up it would be nice to look at that page to see if the platform is having issues.
