Hi Alex,
Apologies for not getting back to you on this sooner. I only have an update for you for the 2nd and 3rd items:
- When I click on a ticket in my email, but I'm logged in to a different account in Workato, the link takes me to the Workato main page and does nothing.
- The accounts in Workato and the Workato Success Center are linked, but not obviously so, so if you work in one account and created a ticket in another, you need to sign out of both places to access your ticket, but then can't access the recipe URLs, causing you to log in and out of both until you get all of the information you need.
If you face this issue, let us know what these email addresses are. We can merge them in our own Freshdesk records so that either email can see the tickets. We hope to get back to you on the others soon.
Send us a ticket, we will try our best to assist you with your problem

Workato Success Center User Experience
There are a number of user experience issues with the way the Workato Success Center works that I would request updates to:
- Clicking "Help" takes the user out of Workato and into the success center with no way to go back. Either combine them in tabs or open a new window, but don't pull the user out of their Workato workflow to add a ticket, or at least make it possible for them to go back without having to force back in the browser.
- When I click on a ticket in my email, but I'm logged in to a different account in Workato, the link takes me to the Workato main page and does nothing.

-You require a Workato contact email; why would you ask me for this if I sign into Workato and the success center with my email address? Wouldn't it make sense to just use the Workato account I sign in to? I would request that you change that to a CC address but default to the sign-in email.
-What if I don't want to be contacted via phone and only want email? Contact Number is required, so the user would be forced to enter a garbage number.
