Freshdesk: Add Group parameter to Create Ticket
Group is an important parameter for us in creating tickets under the appropriate work group such as Sales, Customer Support, Tech and so on.
Can you please add this additional parameter ?
For that matter , if you could add
product_id as well ,it would help for companies that support multiple help desk products concurrently.
