Thank you for feedback. I understand, for now, it shows only the last iteration.
I would suggest a workaround for you,
1. You can create a temporary list with List app - "Append Items to List" action at the end of the loop,
2. Declare the fields which you want to monitor.
3. Map the temporary list fields from the previous steps within for loop.
4. data is stored into the Temporary List
You can use this as job history. The temporary list keeps track of each item of the for each loop.
When will Workato enhance this so that users don't need to implement convoluted workarounds?

Ability to view for each actions
I really would like to be able to debug the for each actions. Like to understand the output and input for actions within the foreach.
