I'm facing either facing 401 unauthorized error or 403 forbidden error when I try to connect to Hipchat. How do I resolve this?

Hi Saul,
To resolve these errors, please ensure that you are generating your access token from this site: https://yourdomainname.hipchat.com/account/api(replace "yourdomainname" with your Hipchat domain name.
When creating the token, be sure to include "View Room" or "View Group". These 2 scopes will give you access to read/write in Hipchat rooms
