Shopify to Infusionsoft - new orders & updated orders
first - i'm new to this... so please be gentle with me.
i've been tasked with getting new Orders FROM shopify into Infusionsoft (i/s).
as well as getting new approved accounts FROM i/s to shopify
so, first question:
- i have successfully retrieved data on new orders, however, not ALL new orders... and so far haven't been able to figure out why only some are coming across. I cross checked and there is no apparent reason why one new order would and another wouldn't - none of the orders in question were by customers who were ALREADY in i/s prior to making their order in shopify.
ANY SUGGESTIONS ? my theory of eliminating the test data on both sides and re-doing them has not resulted in any further success.
second question:
in a perfect world, i would also like to be able to UPDATE orders in the same direction - eg. if a refund is processed, i'd like that info pushed or pulled to i/s.
there doesn't appear to be an action available for such a thing - am i blind, or is this is an oversight? or simply not possible?
reminder - i'm an api infant, apologies for any stupid questions...
probably i need to start a new thread for the other question(s), as they are not exactly on this same topic.

Hi Kera,
Q1. Not all new orders from Shopify are being triggered.
Have you input a From date that did not include all the new orders you are looking to sync over to Infusionsoft? Note that Workato would only pick up all new orders created since the specified From date
Have you applied Trigger filters that exclude some new orders?

thanks for the response...
no trigger filters on this particular recipe... and i don't think the date is an issue, as missing data was in the middle of the pack.
i made a couple adjustments, and so far it seems to be getting all the orders... so hopefully it's sorted.
thanks for the answer re refunds... that makes things a little trickier to achieve what the boss wants :)
