Lookup tables (number of columns and search criteria)

Hi.

In lookup tables, it would be nice to have a way to cycle through all rows without defining criteria. What I usually do is have a "active" column with all rows filled in with "1" and then search for entries that have "1" in that column, basically cycling through all rows. But it seems like a waste of a column, especially considering you only allow 5 columns per table.

Also, 5 columns is a bit restrictive :-/ Having a few more would be nice.

Thank you.

Yes, I do that too Carlos. Maybe a search without any field filled in

Hi Amlan.

If you don't define at least one search criteria you won't be able to activate the recipe, it fails and says something like "'Search by' must be present". So the "active" column is the way to go, although it wastes a column and they are just 5 (which is not a lot) :-(
