Xero XML Requests

Given the limited API actions for Xero it would be great to be able to generate XML requests for advanced users. Looks like the XML Parser will process the responses but I can't see anyway to generate an XML request?

Now to see I can make an http connection to xero and use with the AU Payroll API. Will update this thread if it works or not.

I'm stuck on Xero's crappy oAuth1a.

Workato it would be great to add an HTTP request action to the Xero app given you already have the authentication working. Or build out the API actions completely. Looking to integrate leave and expense claims.

Would be great to have a Xero action similar to the Salesforce Custom HTTP action so we can take advantage of the full Xero API (including payroll) !

Is there any update on this? It would be great to have a Custom Action option for Xero.
