Waiting for new jobs...?

I created and started a recipe in my sandbox environment, and it successfully completed one job. However, even after I'd performed actions in the source system that should have triggered new jobs, no new jobs were detected and run. On the Jobs tab for my recipe, the status message simply reads, "Waiting for new jobs."

What is Workato waiting for, exactly? How can I get the recipe to detect the new jobs, meaning the new record I'd created and the existing record I'd updated?

Actually I may have answered my own question. The green info box says, "Real-time triggers requires setup to be done in Salesforce. Learn more about setting up real-time triggers."

Marty, that's great. How could we have made it easier for you to find the answer earlier?

Hi Amlan, thank you for asking. It would be awesome if I could have copied and pasted that "Waiting for new jobs" text into the Search Workato Success Center box to run a search and find an official solution.
