Failed job showing "Internal Error", "Processed event" but does not say what the error is or in which step the error occurred
I reran a previously successful job and it gave me an error. I am unable to see where the issue is.

Hi Saul,
This error generally occurs if you try to rerun a job after changing the trigger, like from using the simple Scheduler trigger to the advanced scheduler trigger. If you would like to change the trigger, you can either test or start the recipe again, or create a copy of the recipe and test that instead.

Hi there. I've been getting this error intermittently, and now it's happening for long enough that it's blocking my work. I've made a copy of the recipe and tried it again, but the error is the same. I'm able to send the request with the same input from the SDK environment, but the recipe testing fails.

Hello Drew,
I understand you have already tried the workaround that we have for this issue. Since it is still failing, this might need some information digging. I may need you to send a screenshot of the error and the Workato email for the account, URL that has a sharing token for viewing to support@workato.com. Our customer success team will look into it and get back to you via email.
