Hi, my recipe has stopped after seeing an error in a step but I don't see the error message so I'm not sure what is the issue?

Hi Saul, please note that errors from action nested within error monitor would show up in the On Error step output instead.

I found this confusing too. If you add a "stop job" action into the error monitor's "on error" section, and configure it as "stop with error: yes", and specify a message, then the message specified in that "stop job" action appears in the "error" tab of the action which originally caused the error.
(The "On error" action has data pills that allow you to see what the original error was and include it in your message).
I would have expected the action which originally caused an error to still show its own error message. Then if actions in the "on error" section create a different message (or no message at all) then the original message would still be available on the task which first caused the error. I find it very strange that the default behaviour of the error monitor (when used without a "stop job" action) is to suppress the error message! (Or at least to hide it away where you don't think to look for it).
Would it be possible to raise a feature request to show the error message both on the action that caused it as well as on the error monitor's "on error" step?
