Tradeshift not connecting properly

Hi,


When i try to export data from tradeshift to xero i am gettnig this error when trying to connect tradeshift:


{"error":"unauthorized_client","error_description":"App Workato.tradeshiftAdapterProduction not activated for company"}

Am i doing something wrong? The app is activated on my tradeshift account.

We have similar issues, it's a really bad connection between the two and noone (Workato or Tradeshift) takes any responsibility for it!
