I am getting an error in my recipe when creating a Salesforce Account which says I am creating a duplicate record. I checked my Salesforce and no Account exists under the Account Name I am using. Why would I be getting this error?

Thanks for reaching out! Even if there is no Account under that Account Name, they may match by other fields like Phone number.
