Workato integration : Concur Connection failed: Action failed due to server error

I am trying to integrate salesforce with integrate. When I create the action connection on concur, it gives me the following error :

Connection failed: Action failed due to server error

If anyone is facing this error, please try these steps:

In Concur, navigate to Administration > Company > Web Services > Enable Partner Application (this may vary based on your version of Concur)
Click on "Replicon Concur Connect" and the on the button to enable it.
Go back to Workato and attempt to connect to Concur.
