ProntoForms: Add support for v2 forms

Hello, I have created a new recipe with connections to ProntoForms and QuickBase. I have built several recipes using this connection in the past. However, this time, in my create record action in QuickBase, I can't see the questions (data pills) in the selected form in ProntoForms. 

ProntoForms recently added a version 2 form builder and I created the form using it instead of the standard form builder because there are many usable enhancements in the new version. I have to map over 500 data pills into QuickBase.

Hi. I'm new to ProntoForms, V2 builder only. I see the same issue. Any idea on how to continue support for ProntoForm's new builder without using a HTTP connector?

Jonathan, I had to use HTTP and with a ton of help from Samuel at Workato, I was able to use the csv output from ProntoForms to handle V2 forms. It isn't perfect but it works.
