We have set up a team account. When developers interact with your support via Intercom, they seem to assume my identity. This became obvious when user joined the team they could see and post into the existing Intercom threads. I’m also getting copies of these emails. 1. Can these be decoupled from the owner of the account so that each user is accessing Intercom on their own user account? 2. As a team owner is there a way to see all messages within my organisation?
