I have a recipe that pushes a notification to Workbot on Microsoft Teams. Currently, it's doing that for a team that I set up called Cloud Campaign. I want to push the notification to a second Microsoft Team. How do I update the recipe in Workato to do this?

Hi Lissette,
Thanks for reaching out! If it is a separate Microsoft Team, you would have to add Workbot to that team and create a separate connection in your Workato account for this second Workbot. You can then clone your current recipe and connect the new Microsoft Team connection in the new recipe to send notifications in the new Microsoft Team.
I hope this helps!

Hi Lissette,
Sincere apologies for the delay in response. You can create connections in this page while logged in: https://www.workato.com/connections While you can create mutliple connections for any application, you can generally only connect one instance for each application in a single recipe. Exceptions would be those applications with a "secondary" version of the connector. If you would like to execute the same recipe for multiple connections of an application, you can either clone the recipe and have each recipe point to a different connection, or use a callable recipe.
