I have a recipe which was working perfectly last week and has been in running mode over the weekend. This morning, despite it saying "running", it didn't respond to any triggers. I had to stop it and start it again for it to pick up the 3 jobs. Is it a known issue that recipes can get stuck? Or did I do something wrong?
I saw that your recipe was using the real time trigger for Salesforce. Have you set up the workflow rule and outbound message as needed in Salesforce? You can learn more about that here. If you do not need real time integration, it would be easier to use the polling trigger alternative for Salesforce.
If you need further guidance on this, I suggest joining our Expert Hour sessions so one of our technical experts can show you how these work via screenshare. You can sign up for a session here.

Hi Patricia,
Thank you for coming back to me.
Yep, those are setup and the recipe works fine nearly all of the time. The only instance of it not working was this weekend when it was still running but refused to pick anything up until it was stop/started. I'll see if it happens again, and feedback.

Hi there,
I think it's happened again. I have the trigger setup in Salesforce. My recipe says "Waiting for new jobs" and there's one opportunity in Salesforce which I believe correctly matches the criteria.
I can restart it (stop and start) but I think you'd probably lose the ability to troubleshoot it then?
